What is Projex Selfie
True art can become a very expensive and time-consuming process. We have recognized that Sculptraits are not for everyone. With that said, we wanted to ensure the love of our technology could still be shared with the world – through a fun and cost-effective means.
Through the Projex Selfie initiative, our aim is to ensure the general public has adequate access to capturing their most cherished moments within an affordable budget and timeline.
From this – “Selfie Days” were born: on a regular basis we open our studio doors and state-of-the-art technology to those who matter most, our community and supporters.
We believe that allowing an equal opportunity to experience this technology will enable a larger reach and help to expand the capabilities of our technology moving forward.
More importantly, we believe in the development of this project as charity based campaigns with focus on giving back. Through our Projex Selfie ambassador program we are establishing a large-scale influencer and donors initiative to help drive traffic and funding to their desired organizations.

Selfie Day 1
Projex Selfie kicked off our initiative with the grand opening of Selftraits.
Taking place during Canada Day week (June 29th – July 3rd), we have teamed up with Wear Plaid For Dad, donating 10% of Selftraits sales to the fight against prostate cancer.
Proceeds: Plaid for Dad – Prostate Society of Canada is an amazing organization that raises awareness and funds to help protect men from prostate cancer – the most common cancer affecting men.
Our mission was to develop a wide spread social campaign based around ‘Canada Day’. Through the Selftraits product line, we aimed to cross-promote our product with Canada Day events around the GTA to establish a foundation to build upon upcoming Projex Selfie campains. Over the course of our Campaign, we will be donating 10% of our total sales towards Plaid for Dad.
We feel Canada Day is the perfect time to promote this organization because of it’s Canadian roots, the tremendous work they have done for Prostate Cancer Canada and frankly, what is more Canadian than wearing plaid?
(Not to mention their celebrity ambassadors include comedian Dave Thomas, restaurateur John Catucci and legendary broadcaster Don Cherry!).
What you can do to help?: If you want to donate directly, the suggested donation is $8.00 to help the 1 in 8 men that suffer from prostate cancers.
Or you can join our campaign initiative and book a session during our inaugural Selfie Week (June 29th – July 3rd).
